Chairman

Lion Dr.K.S.Rangasamy's astounding role in the field of education has earned him the title 'Kalvi Rathna'. His love and affection towards fellow human beings has led him to the title 'Manitha Neyar', one who loves humanity. He has been conferred with an Honorary Doctorate by the West University of USA, in respect of his exemplary contribution to education. In respect of his noble services, he has been honoured by Arutselvar Dr.N.Mahalingam with the title of 'Kongu Nattu Sadhanaiyalar'.

 K.S.Rangasamy College of Arts and Science, Tiruchengode, was started in the year 1995 by the K.S.R Educational and Charitable Trust. Lion.Dr.K.S.Rangasamy MJF, is the President of the Trust and the founding father of KSRCAS. Affiliation was granted to the college in 1995 by the University of Madras. Now the college is affiliated to the Periyar University, Salem.


The College is situated in a beautiful and serene campus of 300 acres, 12 km from Erode and 8 km from Tiruchengode.


The College has been awarded the prestigious ISO 9001-2000(E) certification by TUV Nord.


The University Grants Commission, New Delhi has conferred Autonomous status from the Academic year 2009-2010.


The College has been included under 2(f) and 12B of UGC Act .
